ALL OUR TEACHERS ARE TRAINED TO TEACH CLASSES IN ENGLISH. ASK FOR IT IF YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND CROATIAN LANGUAGE.

 

Prvi, probni sat je besplatan. Nije potrebna prethodna najava.

 

First class is free if you are Croatian resident. Reservation is not needed. Just come.

 

 

Ako ste početnik izaberite jedan od sljedećih satova:

Ashtanga Basic, Vinyasa Basic, Vinyasa Slow Flow, Hatha Yoga, Moon Sequence, Pranayama&Meditation, Yin Yoga

 

 

Ashtanga i Vinyasa su dinamični satovi yoge zasnovani na spajanju daha i pokreta. Satovi s oznakom Basic i Slow Flow su prikladni početnicima. 

(Ashtanga je tradicionalni oblik yoge s zadanom strukturom sata dok je Vinyasa moderniji oblik u kojoj se struktura sata uvijek iznova mijenja). Ovi satovi su komplementarni.

 

Ashtanga Mysore, odnosno nevođeni sat Ashtanga yoge, je tradicionalan oblik vježbanja Ashtanga sustava u kojem svaki student vježba samostalno uz upute i asistencije učitelja. Ulaz na jutarnje satove je fleksibilan (do 8:45h ujutro a popodne  do 17:00h). All levels welcome. Šalabahtere strukture prakse možete preuzeti u studiju prije sata.

Ashtanga Led je vođeni sat i formiran je u obliku Half Primary sata. Nije prikladan za potpune početnike ali je poželjan i potreban za vježbače s iskustvom Ashtanga Basic sata.

 

Ashtanga Full Primary je sat isključivo za napredne vježbače.

 

 

Ashtanga and Vinyasa are dynamic classes based on connection between breath and movement.

(Ashtanga is a traditional form of yoga with its own precise structure, while Vinyasa is a modern style with free structure).

 

Ashtanga Mysore is a self practice class where the teacher is present to give personal assistences. Entrance to this class is flexible (8:45 am and 5pm to afternoon classes)

 

Ashtanga Led class has a structure of Half Primary and is appropriate for those who experienced Ashtanga Basic class.

 

Ashtanga Full Primary is for advance practitioners.

 

  

Moon Sequence je mirnija, vođena praksa koja je nastala kao terapijska nadopuna i alternativa primarne serije Ashtanga Yoge. Vježba se redovito kao zamjena za Mysore satove u vrijeme mladog i punog mjeseca.

 

Moon sequence is a led peaceful class which is born as a therapethic complementary practice for Ashtanga practitioners. It is practiced at days of full and new moon as a replacement for Mysore practice.

 

Pranayama&Meditation je miran i meditativan sat posvećen jogijskim tehnikama disanja. Preporučeno svim vježbačima. 

 

Pranayama&Meditation is a the class of yogic breathing and meditation. Warmly suggested to everyone :)

 

Yin Yoga je statičan stil yoge, meditativnog karaktera u kojem se položaju zadržavaju duže vrijeme. Ima vrlo iscjeljujući efekt na tijelo i um i odlična je protuteža dinamičnijim stilovima kao što su Ashtanga i Vinyasa.

 

Yin Yoga is a passive style of yoga in which postures are maintained for a longer time. It has a healing effect on body and mind and is a great counterbalance to more dynamic styles such as Ashtanga and Vinyasa.

 

Hatha Yoga je sporiji sat koji nije strukturiran kao sat koji potencira spajanje daha i pokreta u jednu zajedničku cjelinu. Izrazito je terapeutske prirode, prikladan za sve vježbače koji žele terapeutski pristup, pogotovo one koji imaju probleme s kralježnicom. Osim posturalnog dijela često uključuje tehnike disanja i meditaciju.

 

Hatha Yoga is a slower paced class not structured as connection between breath and the movement. It is more therapeutic in nature and will often include breathing techniques and meditation as well as postural, asana part. 

 

 

 

Dođite 10 minuta prije početka sata kako bi imali vremena presvući se i pripremiti za sat. 
Prije početka sata tražite savjet od učitelja/učiteljice ako imate ozljede ili bilo koji drugi zdrastveni problem.


Preporučena lagana odjeća za vježbanje i mali ručnik u slučaju znojenja.Tuševi u garderobama su na raspolaganju.
Prostirke za vježbanje su na raspolaganju u studiju.

 

 Come 10/15 minutes before the class starts.

Ask for suggestions if you have injuries or any health issue.

 

We suggest to wear confortable and light clothing. Bring your own towel. Showers are available.

Yoga mats are available in the shala.
