Dear all Pink students!


Our Shala will be closed from Friday 13th of March until this global crises will be solved regarding #coronavirus as well as until earthquake damage is resolved. 
We consider that our health must be kept safe in the first place no matter what this could implicate. Under the new circumstances in which the entire world found itself at this moment in time, it is important to give our contribution as soon as possible and act responsibly. We are very optimistic about everything and truly believe there is no room for panic.

The validity of all your cards are frozen from Friday 13th of March and will continue the moment we re-open the Shala, hopefully soon. If you want to donate your already bought monthly pass for online classes, we will appreciate very much.

 

In the meantime feel free to register for our online classes.

 

All classes are free of charge but a donation is warmly suggested and welcome

 

in order to support our teachers in this challenging period and to help us

 

restore our Shala after the severe damage caused by the earthquake.

 

We wish you to stay safe and well and to use this challenge to spend more time

 

for youself and your beloved ones.

Ashtanga Basic, Vinyasa Basic, Vinyasa Slow Flow, Hatha Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, Yin Yoga

 

 

Ashtanga i Vinyasa su dinamični satovi yoge zasnovani na spajanju daha i pokreta. Satovi s oznakom Basic i Slow Flow su prikladni početnicima. 

(Ashtanga je tradicionalni oblik yoge s zadanom strukturom sata dok je Vinyasa moderniji oblik u kojoj se struktura sata uvijek iznova mijenja). Ovi satovi su komplementarni.

 

Ashtanga and Vinyasa are dynamic classes based on connection between breath and movement.

(Ashtanga is a traditional form of yoga with its own precise structure, while Vinyasa is a modern style with free structure).

 

 

Pranayama&Meditation su mirni i meditativni satovi posvećeni jogijskim tehnikama disanja i meditacije. Preporučeno svim vježbačima.

Yin Yoga je statičan stil yoge, meditativnog karaktera u kojem se položaju zadržavaju duže vrijeme. Ima vrlo iscjeljujući efekt na tijelo i um i odlična je protuteža dinamičnijim stilovima kao što su Ashtanga i Vinyasa.

 

Yin Yoga is a passive style of yoga in which postures are maintained for a longer time. It has a healing effect on body and mind and is a great counterbalance to more dynamic styles such as Ashtanga and Vinyasa.

 

 

Hatha Yoga je sporiji sat koji nije strukturiran kao sat koji potencira spajanje daha i pokreta u jednu zajedničku cjelinu. Izrazito je terapeutske prirode, prikladan za sve vježbače koji žele terapeutski pristup, pogotovo one koji imaju probleme s kralježnicom. Osim posturalnog dijela često uključuje tehnike disanja i meditaciju.

 

Hatha Yoga is a slower paced class not structured as connection between breath and the movement. It is more therapeutic in nature and will often include breathing techniques and meditation as well as postural, asana part.
